You're a great fit if you have:

  • 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities
  • Experience with international accounts payable processing
  • Experience working in a large, complex ERP system
  • EU VAT and international tax exposure within AP
  • Ability to work on site four days per week in the East Valley

In this role, you will:

  • Supervise daily accounts payable operations, including invoice review, approvals, and payment processing
  • Oversee international AP processing across multiple countries and legal entities
  • Ensure accurate handling and compliance with EU VAT requirements
  • Review VAT coding, documentation, and cross-border transactions
  • Support month-end close related to AP and international vendor accounts
  • Partner with accounting, tax, and finance teams on global compliance matters
  • Train, mentor, and review the work of AP team members
  • Contribute to process improvements within a large ERP environment
